There are mainly 3 types of bloggers that can be described under:
1. Bloggers who do blogging as a hobby. Not much serious, they update there site a long often or frequently as of there wish and comfortability.
2.Bloggers who publish their blog on a part-time basis more often to make earnings.
3.Bloggers who work full time,and are hence called professional bloggers. This category of bloggers are highly knowledgeable and hardly don't know the frequent changes occurring in the segment and related to it.
so don't forget to describe me which category of blogger you belong.
HOW TO START A BLOG???
Here are the 5 steps that you should follow to setup to start a new blog in less than an hour.
1. Choose a blog platform. (for writing article or content)
2. Choose a web host for your blog.(web hosting)
3. Choose a domain name. (eg.www.blog.com)
4.Design or build your website.(apply theme, template to give nice look)
5.Know about the resources to beat the competition.(SEO, keywords , image source etc)
1.BLOG PLATFORM.
A blog platform is a place where u write and develop all your ideas with words and express it to the world in the form of a blog.
Wordpress is a massive and most popular amongst all. 30% and more world website are performed in WordPress or WP.
Blogger is the next to WP as this product belongs to GOGGLE itself. The next is TINDER,DRUPAL and more etc.
I would suggest you for WP if you are serious enough with lots of unlimited themes and plugins only offer in the current scenario. You could go for the blogger as it is free for just try to know your possibilities of writing before investing hard-earned money in anywhere.
2. WEB HOSTING
Hosting is basically a term that relevant with the web site server or the company that host's the website around the web where all the data is saved, it's like the hard drive of the computer that can be accessed from anywhere at any time using the domain name.
Now web hosting is very much essential for a website to perform well choose one with some research and with your requirement is whether it fulfils or not,(of course I will guide you)There are a variety of web hosting plans and companies available in the market varies from one another respectively u can call upon there customer support team before u buy one, get the questions well answered before you invest, and try to explain your need more briefly.

Eg: when you go for a self-hosted account or free hosted account with your custom domain name like www.google.com you have the total control of your web site as you wish accordingly.
In initial days you can try by minimal investing by buying a custom domain and then link it with the free host account preferably BLOGGER and learn different thinks with limited resources.
FREE HOSTED ACCOUNT WITH SUB-DOMAIN.

WP (word-press) is the best option to develop a web site with the unlimited tools, themes, templates and plugins.you can also develop your website other than this option like blogger but in blogger, you get very limited resources as they are free here.
5. KNOW ABOUT YOUR RESOURCES.
Resources meant here and explain about the helping tool that is to be used to write a content search for the right title, the topic around the web.allowing a post to the search engines visibility and to crawl them easily.
